Delivery Policy – YourGenes South Africa

At YourGenes, we are committed to ensuring that your DNA testing kits and related products are delivered securely and efficiently across South Africa. Please read the following delivery terms carefully, as they form part of our service agreement with you.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to most urban addresses nationwide.

Deliveries to remote, high‑risk, or restricted areas may not be possible. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to location constraints, we will notify you promptly via email and issue a full refund.

Courier Services

YourGenes partners with reputable third‑party courier companies to manage logistics.

Orders are processed on the same business day they are received.

Couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or post offices. Please ensure that your street address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery details.

YourGenes cannot refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@yourgenes.co.za so we can assist before dispatch.

Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made only during normal working hours (Monday–Friday). Ensure someone is available to receive your parcel.

If no one is available at your home address, please provide your work address.

Delivery to certain locations may not be feasible, including:

Remote farms, plots, mines, and power stations

Embassies or government departments

Areas identified as security risks or hijacking hotspots

In such cases, YourGenes reserves the right to decline delivery, cancel the order, and issue a refund.

Orders Lost in Transit

While rare, parcels may occasionally be misplaced by the courier company. If this occurs:

YourGenes will immediately dispatch a replacement order at no additional cost.

We will manage the courier investigation directly, ensuring you do not experience unnecessary delays or administrative burdens.
